Today

In the morning,I was really tired.I didn't want to do anything.Seriously,anything.I was lyk so emo until Gianna came and asked me if I was ok.Before she came,I felt like coming.She had a WONDERFUL timing.The time that tears were about to come.Thanks,dear~(:I then constantly reminded myself that today would be the last day of this tiring period.I had to endure! Endure till the end of SYF.After that,I took over Edwin's duty and went with Faith(she was the partner of Edwin for duty on that day).Belle tagged along.She said it was very hot in the hall she had to BREATHE.Haha!Well,to admit,it was really quite stuffy today morning.I was sweating like anything too.P.E period.I thought I had to re-run 2.4km again.I wasn't feeling well when the rest were running their first 2.4km.I had no energy to run.No stamina.Rather.Teacher decided to be kind to us and let us play games.YAY teacher~The girls,i mean.MOST of the girls played captain's ball.Then Jian Hao and Hayat joined in.
Had Art.Then,9.40!Class dismissed.Went to change to Drama shirt.Then went down to canteen for a very early LUNCH.ate with some of the gurls in 2n1.They were so nice!They wished TDC good luck.I cant believe they would do that.SO NICE~and some others in the canteen too.HAHA.TDC is FAMOUS!HEHEHEHE.kay,crapping now.I went to the Dance studio afterwards to be the door opener.Saw Belle and guys in there.SHOO-ed them out to change into their costumes.Belle was so "SEXY".eew.I can't believe i said that.lol.jk.she is sexy.HAHA.in her what she claimed to be:singlet.Then,when more people came, I went with Ameline to go get the props.Dunno went how many times!Finally we finished!Helped Mrs Singh and Ms Rina in the hair styling by just holding the box of pins and rubber bands AND not forgetting!(drumrolls please!)the hair spray!Or what me and some others named it:The human poison/baygon.It smells really awful!Like....BAYGON!We are not insects.We are HUMAN!!!Nvm...and the sad thing is that Mrs Singh actually bought 7.i repeat 7! bottles of hairspray.I do not know how long we are going to use that to spoil our hair and make it HARD.and SMELLY.I wish TDC's hair condition good luck.We can go off to JCs or POLYs with bald heads.That is something i seriously would not want to see.
Everything was done.The hair styling and the make-up for everybody.we then went to the hall.THE HALL!!!Why never tell me~Then I don't need to bring EVERY-SINGLE-PROP DOWN!(crumbles to the ground like matriach Emily:I didn't do anything wrong! LOL.)Anyways.I went backstage and helped to "safeguard" faith's camera.It was so fun.Oh ya.Faith forgot to thank me for taking a picture of Kheong~and his BIG SPECTACLES.It was so funny!I showed it to Siew Ping and Chrizangel and we laughed like mad.Kheong ah,Kheong.U never fail to make us laugh.Haiz...
At about like 1.30,we went down to the Foyer,thinking that the bus was there or arriving.We waited and waited.We had a SYF group photo,cast,crew and altogether.We even went to the canteen to buy food and drinks.Well,maybe not us.Its just me.I ran to and fro the canteen and foyer for about 4 times just to help others buy what they want.I was sweating like....ok nevermind.We went into the meeting room to rehearse(That place brings back the "memories"of the day of Drama fest.Sighs.).The rehearsal was very much well done.All of the cast members were in character.I could sense the unity,the strong bond between us.The rehearsal was very nice.
The bus came.We couldnt really do much of a co reading bcause the bus was bumpy and we couldnt hear each other at the different ends of the bus.I listened to music and Ameline slept on my shoulder.I slept on her head.She was really tired.When the bus came to a big jerk,she didnt even wake up or open an eye,even TRY to.She just readjusted her position on my shoulder.The journey to ACS Barker was long.MUCH MUCH longer than the previous trips.We reached there.
At the waiting room, we saw Mr Liu and Mr Khoo there.They were nice people too.They wished us good luck!OH.Ya.I almost forgot.Ms Tay and Ms Lam are also nice people.Although they never went there,but before we boarded the bus, they also wished us good luck!I decided to help the props people since I was wearing black there.
It was our turn to go on stage.We brought the props in and arranged them quickly on stage.The chairs were DECENT-their legs were hidden,teachers!The play started.It was very nice!Although I was with the props people and was occasionally not looking at the ongoing play.The props people had to take off our socks and shoes to make the minimum noise backstage.But.Human beings make mistakes.We had an incident of dropping some props and making some noise(the teachers told us later that it was not noticable,though,as the audience.Phew!What a close shave!).At the end of the play,the props people were shoo-ed out hopping and jumping in their barefeet,or with their shoes not worn properly.It was very funny.Everything was cleared out and Ms Nim left.She told us we did a great job on stage.
We put down our props near the staircase outside the exit and went up to the fourth level to see the Zheng Hua Secondary School perform their SYF.Theirs were pretty nice.Like almost all were potential actors.Of course TDC have them too!
After the play,we boarded the bus and before the bus went off,Mrs Singh told us we did a fantastic job and she was very proud of us.WOOTS~On the way back,we were all discussing whose play was better.Theirs or ours.The conclusion was that it was the same.
Drama club,I am SO PROUD of us.No matter what award we get,we know we have put in our absolute best.
